All of our partners are trained in finance and accounting and some have held the CFO position.  We are capable of taking over and the CFO responsibility in transition situations and finding and training a replacement.  Our strengths in finding capital sources internally expands the range of options available to the CEO;  and our history of opening doors to lenders with capital result from years of planning changes that can be accepted by banks, and implemented by management.
